Purpose/Goals: |
Through this project,
MCPH provides technical assistance to Healthy Communities
Coalition’s community-based initiative to encourage healthy living
through nutrition and physical activity in rural Franklin County.
Using a participatory process, MCPH provides ongoing evaluation
assistance to the initiative through the creation of logic models,
an evaluation plan, measures and reports. In addition, MCPH
provides technical assistance in terms of program planning and
implementation. |
