This slide depicts how needs identified by local governments are
first supported by the State, and then by the Federal government.
|
|
|
|
Note that in the event of an emergency where federal support is
required, the local public health department must contact the state governor
to request that he or she contact the federal government to initiate the
Federal Response Plan.
