•This slide shows in summary the functional responsibilities of the major positions within ICS
•As described in previous slides, the command staff consists of the Incident Commander, the Public Information Officer, the Safety Officer and the Liaison Officer and this team takes overall responsibility in the event of an emergency
•The Logistics Section provides support to the command staff
•The Planning Section collects and analyzes data to guide their preparation of a comprehensive facility Action Plan
•The Finance Section is responsible for cost accounting and procurement
•The Operations Section directs tactical actions
