•The next few slides show the 17 CDC criteria for determining whether
bioterrorism is the suspected cause of an outbreak
•One may observe a number of these criteria in the event of a naturally
occurring outbreak. However, the more of these criteria that are met, the
more likely bioterrorism is a possible cause
