Purpose/Goals: |
This collaborative effort brings
together MCPH and other partners to promote, provide and support
public health educational opportunities in Maine. MCPH researches
public health workforce needs, provides training programs and has
developed an internship program, which links graduate students in
public health and Maine-based practice sites. The Center has also
applied to become a federally funded Area Health Education Center,
focusing on public health education activities, especially the
interface between clinical training and public health. |
